@PoJaRaM The woman looks fine the way she is. More fat on older women keeps you from getting too many wrinkles. And thin does not translate into heart health. I am a "thick" curvaceous aerobics instructor/dancer/performer and very few 'skinny' women can keep up with me. Moreover, rather than the gym I would recommend nature walks and qigong for them.

@zomzilove I have been big and now I am small. I personally think it is very unhealthy to be overweight. It is such a drain on your body. I actually feel sorry for people that are over weight. I have been there and at the time I didnt even think I was unhappy but now when I have lost all the weight I cant belive how terribly unhappy I actually was. A person only needs 1/2 an hour of excerise a day and no matter how tasty the food is only small amounts. its not what we eat its how much.
