What is that interval timer? A Gymboss Max by any chance? I see all these people in videos with these nifty timers but most fitness centers seem to be unaware of them. Finally ordered a Gymboss Max online.
I'm sort of a beginner. Maybe in the average??. Been working out for less than 6 months. How often do you do these workouts and do you run/bike/and whatever on top of this? How many days do you have off? if any.
@stratchic I take off 2 or 3 days a week, depending on how intense my workouts have been and what is going on in my life. My normal pattern tends to be either 2 or 3 days of tough workouts followed by 1 day of rest. I do run in the afternoons when I do strength-only workouts, maybe 1-2 times a week but my main tool for cardiovascular conditioning is Kettlebells.
Good for you for beginning to work out and staying with it! Making it a habit is the hardest part :)
