First, thanks for the vegan recipe. However, I object to you saying if they are vegan they are probably poor and probably a hippy.

First of as a Vegan myself I consider the word "hippy" derogatory - it suggests a dysfunctional drugged-out society drop-out. Most of us vegans have good incomes and some of us run our own successful businesses. Being a vegan in this society requires discipline, focus and a clear head.
