  • I grew up in the early 80's with the Specials , Bad Manners , The Selecter, Madness and The Beat , I never knew them as The English Beat until I moved to the States , They just played here (Reno NV) last week .\

  • brill song thanks :)

  • this is a great song. however, i just came here to look at the comments, and see how long it would take until i saw the word "beiber". can everyone just get over it!! i think some of the best music came out of england in the late 70's early 80's, but that doesn't mean there wasn't shite out there. when the who and the stones were at their peak, there were also the osmonds, david cassidy, and shaun cassidy!! the reality is, is that beiber doesn't represent the music scene in its entirety.

  • Fucking brilliant!! :))))))))))))))))))

  • Favorite song by them :)

  • I heard this song in a Levis shop in Florida a couple of years ago. I was damn lucky to discover it. :D

  • this is the greatest

  • fuckin blinding tune

  • I went and saw them with Reel Big Fish at the MN Zoo not that long ago. Great concert!

  • I love the Beat original most of all without question but I thought the Death In Vegas was pretty cool.

  • "Death in Vegas"?! So, you prefer some cobbled-together bullshit to the real deal? You don't deserve to pass comment on The Beat, you useless prick...

  • Ok :) I never said that I didn't like this version, but personally I do prefer 'some cobbled-together bullshit' version as you put it. What are you going to do about it?

  • @Skimllfixit

Also I don't believe you could get so riled up about me stating my own musical opinion...
