I remember this season well. Yes, Nicole and Evan were definitely better dancers BUT this Lady won my heart with her journey from deep depression to "shining stardom". I absolutely LOVED the expressions on her face ( 1:57 and 2:18 ). She was "glowing and in her zone". Maks did a fantastic job in bringing her back to life. This Season 10 was my most favorite.

all of season 10 when they introduced ERIN they always had an adjective describing her beauty. Even TOM called her stunning, BRuno could not take his off of her, and LEN was starstruck with her, evenMAKS sai d LEN was jealous of him , i believe he was right. MAKS called her gorgeous. loved the both of them, hopw they can work things out between them,.

I've got to hand it to Harold Wheeler and his orchestra. They made "Mi Swing Es Tropical" sound so much BETTER than the original version. Too bad this version can't be downloaded. These DWTS musicians are awesome.

She is beautiful but she is no dancer, she looks like she is off balance and has no center, She is a distant third in quality of movement, entertainment ability and styling.

I don't know why the judges were all atwitter for this dance but either they have politics to deal with or do not know their stuff.

@lawellins : I felt exactly the same way as you do! I can never understand why the judges go ooh and aahh over her dancing. She's an ok dancer. She definitely can't compare to Evan or Nicole.

Sometimes it makes no sense to me how they judge. But, thats showbiz.... I am glad Nicole won, she had the more complete package, Evan gave her a run for her money but she outperformed him.

@lawellins : Yeah, maybe. I was really nervous that Erin might win because of her high scores. As for Nicole, actually I was really rooting for Derek. I just LOVE LOVE his choreography.

@tinjmail I would have been happy if either Evan or Nicole won, he had more elegance and she was smokin hot. I have never seen anyone "sell" it like her with the possible exception of the too soon eliminated Sabrina. Evan came a long way and this experience will almost surely make his skating more exciting. As for Nicole, she is awesome, if I had one criticism/note, it would be the "orgasm face" . Carrie Anne commented on it once. But hey, it seemed to work for her!

This really upset me because this in no way was deserving of the highest score of the 3. She got soooooooooo lucky that Bruno helped her because if he sees a girl bend over, they get a 9. She barely moved her hips except at the end, her solo was absolutely terrible to be in the finals, but because she moved her ass she gets a 10 from Bruno. compare this samba in the finals to stacy keiblers from season 2. Stacy deserved her 30, Erin maybe a 27 at best

check erin's background, she was a cheer dancer in high school, nicole is a professional singer but has a background on dancing since she is the lead member of the pussycat dolls, evan is a world champion ice skater ; therefore, they all have experience in dancing and all of them are first timers when it comes to this craft. think about it. this is after all dancing with the stars. the bes should win.^-^.

Have viewers forgotten that or are we so easily blinded by the propaganda of putting a professional dnacer on the show and prasing her up and down every week for what she is paid to do in her normal life. Erin deserved to win this thinh if there is any justice on this show!

this show is not about who is the best dancer at the end, n that case the professional dancer Nicole would have been pegged to win from the beginning which is questionable on so many levels.This show is about growth and improvement,someone who could not dance so well at the beginning but is great at the end and this is personified in Erin.

not fair!!!! they certainly don't deserve a 10!!! erin is so stiff..she cannot even move her hips properly!! you're so unfair most especially with nicole and derek. they should have had 30. i do dance sports., so i know... sheesh im so disappointed.. guess, the smack on the cheek affected their judgment .

Actually this samba wasn't better than Evan's waltz or Nicole's rumba, the judges are on crack tonight. I give Erin props for improving from last time and for Maks keeping his shirt on, but she isn't a better dancer than the others are which is why she still hasn't gotten a perfect score cause this was far from perfect and anyone who knows anything about ballroom should be able to see that.

@alexisrg7 I give Erin credit for acknowledging Evan and Nicole as the better dancers. She was there for cathartic reasons and came away "winning" more than a mirrorball trophy.

Two 10's but Bruno held back by 1, which he shouldn't have done (could have had 30, but 29)!

@PaulieDi Did you notice that when the couples were helped by one of the judges, that judge only gave them a 9? There was a reason it was scored that way. I agree, they should have had all 10s (30).
