hmm, ever heard of power snatches and power cleans. Agreed that full squat clean and full snatch is probably a better movement but maybe that's not what he was going for in this video... don't be nit picky. And yes that was a jerk but with his strength he didn't have to drop to catch it overhead.
how long did it take you to get that 135 one arm snatch? I haven't tried any BB oly lifts in a few months due to lack to bumpper plates, so I've been doing ALOT of KB shit. Any tip on posture you would say should be a focus point?
The one arm 135 lbs barbell snatch is quite the party trick. I'll have to work on those...and then throw a party in the gym...though I guess every training is a party of sorts. ^^

@myshowvids Crossfit is high intensity movements, if you rip a tendon you can't stop, you do all of your 5000 reps.
