Just watched a promo for his album. It looks great, can't hardly wait for it and there was some interview segments as well. What I love about Jai is that he is still humble and sweet. He seems to be the kind of guy that you just want to hug. Must have great parents.

Could someone explain to me why David Hasselhoff is a judge? He was "hot" in the 70's but personally I saw nothing in him there and he was an actor, not a singer. I've never heard him sing, and I just really want to know what his qualifications are. @Phillipkay90 I was pretty angry when I saw her performance. Jai did something unique choosing a song like this, and pulled it off in an amazing way. Lys just completely copies it, and the judges act like it was "So amazing". I'm sitting there yelling "WATCH THE ONE JAI DID FIRST!".

And it's not even the fact she used the exact same setup, but the fact she couldn't be brave and choose a song that hasn't been done before. She just uses the same song Jai used because it was well received.

All I said, is that they're nearly the exact same composition, and setup as each other, which is suspicious considering I don't think Bring Me To Life was ever used before Jai. Jai used a different composition from the original song, and somehow Lys used a different composition than the original, which just happens to sound exactly the same as Jai's.

Actually, she did not steal his idea. In fact, it was mere coincidence that both singers chose the song. I loved Jai's version, as well as Lys's.
