Good combination of Facade+Guts+Flame Orb. But wouldn't Toxic Orb be better for Raticate? A burn results in an attack loss I think...

Not with Guts. A Toxic Orb would just do more damage per turn, which would be risky for Raticate.

It's got a base power of 70, which is doubled when you have a status infliction.
70 X 2 X 1.5 (STAB) X 1.5 (Guts) = 315
