It is fuel afterall, and when you get to the level of El Bulli, I think that is, arguably as far as you can go with food and texture and taste, before it stops being food and becomes something else. Pure art or a sensory experience that can't be defined as "going to a restaurant". But he might, and probably will, prove me wrong on this.
