  • Thanks for the video. So many cyclist neglect strength work and just want to spend more time on the bike. The strength piece is such an efficient way to make huge gains.

  • I do the leg workout once a week. It takes at least this amount of time to recover from it if you are giving it 100%. I do the core about 3 times per week. Upper body work once per week.

  • terrific info. Very nice series of exercises. How often will you perform this workout in conjunction with the other indoor workouts you've given instruction on? Trying to develop a weekly strength training program to stick with. Or would you recommend bi-weekly? Would love to see a video on your nutrition recommendations. Thanks for the work put into these videos.
