What I dont understand is that he says you need a sponsor and if someone of the group go crazy with the card then the whole group lose the card.

Everyone is responsible for his or her action.

And why a black card? Black darkness?

alright - so as the movements go ... accept for value and or the concepts of paying or making a money order out of a pay voucher to the federal reserve for payment to a bill using the ss number and the number on the back of the ss card to the fed reserve - this I guess has something to do with that but I really can not pick up anything to lead me to this black card so I can apply for one
