No it's not in the camera, it's made by adding a self-improvised simple analogue component which I attached over the camera lens.

Like I said, the main deformation effect is created via a physical mechanism. The editting and additional effects were done using Adobe Premiere.
COOL ! what is the programme that does that effect ? or its a add in windows movie maker vista ?
the main effect is an analogue deformation then there are some additional effects added in the editing phase
