Anyways, the digital switch is not complete. Where I live, there is a Spanish channel on old analog frequencies, which did not make the switch. If Colorado's official language wasn't declared to be English, I wouldn't have a problem with the one non-switched channel.

And sometimes it's the same shooting for 3 days. I asked my mom, why is that? Why not report how Patrick Kennedy voted on the stimulus package, or what the debate was about in Congress today? Who cares about a fire in CA (if you live in RI). The "news" is just a distraction. You get more stimulating info on YouTube...
Television is such a waste of time. In the time people spend watching TV you could learn an instrument, a foreign language, etc...Just think about it - with 2 hrs a day, you could be pretty good in a foreign language or an instrument in 2 yrs.
Television is supposed to be relaxing but it makes you tense. It's like putting perfume in the toilet - it doesn't get rid of the smell - just covers it up temporarily with another smell which usually isn't very nice either.

I haven't watched TV for over 2 years, saving about $800. And when I do watch it I see through all the lies, brainwashing, population control, racism, agenda promoting, propaganda bullshit. The sad thing is 99% of the people I know looks at me like I'm crazy, even tho they are the ones who are dumbed down and are unable to think for themselfs. I hate to say it, but I welcome the thinning of the herd, at least I'm prepared to fight and survive when it does happen.

dtv sucks the reseption is awfull. the slightest interference and you get no signal or a screen full of glitches with no audio. at least with analog you can at least still get a picture and audio and as for dtv has more channels lol more than half of the extra channels are news and weather 24/7 what's next ?

No more people working meaningless jobs and getting paid little for something that could be done by a machine for free. Well it's the companies choice on whether they choose machines or men to do work sometimes machines do it to increase production rating and sometimes men do it to be more precise on details, like car companies, people order a Ferrari, then people build to make sure that the details are correct and they can make different cars, unlike Toyota which uses machines so they produce a lot but you can't the same performance as a Ferrari's.Also I doubt the government would replace Human cops with robots.

And sometimes it's the same shooting for 3 days. I asked my mom, why is that? Why not report how Patrick Kennedy voted on the stimulus package, or what the debate was about in Congress today? Who cares about a fire in CA (if you live in RI). The "news" is just a distraction. You get more stimulating info on YouTube...

Television is such a waste of time. In the time people spend watching TV you could learn an instrument, a foreign language, etc...Just think about it - with 2 hrs a day, you could be pretty good in a foreign language or an instrument in 2 yrs.
Television is supposed to be relaxing but it makes you tense. It's like putting perfume in the toilet - it doesn't get rid of the smell - just covers it up temporarily with another smell which usually isn't very nice either.
