More videos like this ought to be floating around, he made one mistake and this is needed because we see people who perfect their crafts and think they never make or made mistakes and when we make mistakes some of us take it a little rough. Great skills though, i recently started jumping rope for cardio, i been str training for the past month and a half, cardio can help me in that as well.
i started jump rope exrecising like 2 weeks ago and i still cant do it with few inch off the ground i must jump really high.and i still dont know am i to fucos the jumping on my toes or my whole feet . Help please.
this is how i jump, elbows in, on the toes of feet, and i use my wrist not shoulders to jump. when i first started i jumped as slow as i could until i got use to jumping. if you jump sort of high at first it's ok. once you understand the rope naturally you will become better. just don't give up, the rewards are very worth it. your arms legs and rope have to be on the same timing. i hope this helped. 1LOVE
@indigobeauty1 thanks so much.that really helped.but the thing is that am still using my shoulders not my wrist.does it make that much of a diffrence? :D
yes it makes a huge difference. i use to tire out much quicker using my shoulders because they would tense up and the pain would be unbearable, but using the wrist i can go much longer. i understand it's wired at first but once it becomes habit you won't even have to think about it anymore plus using the shoulders will seem foolish. Peace!
For shoes I recommend a running shoe with a flat sole, alot of shoes have hi-tech soles that are knobby and have a large grove between the heel and the front. This always gets the rope caught and gets way too frustrating.
jumpin on that kind of ground wont hurt your knees right. Dumbass like myself did it on cement and I busted my knees. I recently got myself access to the floor you got here so Im praying to god itll be better
@LittoBUbbo Hardwood isnt that bad because there is pad under the floor. With cement theres no give what so ever.Find some nice confortable shoes that should help out your knees a bit.
@protoolz The rope in the video is a plastic rope with baring handles you can pick up at any sports store. The one I use now and is the best rope I ever used is the Buddy Lee Auro Speed jump rope.
Its just two hops on one foot, the second hop is when you kick your foot out. What I do is practice in a mirror without a rope when im trying a new trick.
Thats some money mayweather shit right there but he does it way better
