You don't know nothing about graff, do you? Seen is one of the best and most famous writers, he's a legend. When someone else bite other writer's name, especially from a legend, it may look a little bit disrespectful. Now, if you didn't know who Seen was, I apologize, but I'm pretty sure you did.
