I long since accepted that Street fighter has lost its serious tone and become somewhat more like Mortal Kombat, as in less serious, campier, goofier etc. The difference is that Street fighter is good (supposedly I dont like SFIV) and that mortal kombat has been a disgrace ever since MKII.
