Actually the name of the song is ODEON, by Ernesto Nazareth. This is a "Brazilian Tango", as it was called by the time. But it is more like a "chorinho".

I've played Bassoon, and this song isn't 'hard' in the context most people are saying it is. The way the music is put together makes it seem very difficult, but separating it you can tell it's not all that hard.

yea bassoon is the besti can play great but i sometimes cant go from b flat to high g fast

it's all in the size of your half hole. High G is probably one of the most stable notes in the upper octave range once you get it down.
