Another good tip, when I was practicing super flips a few years ago I had a hard time committing to bringing my feet back since catching the bike, finishing the rotation and landing all happen almost simultaneously, be prepared to not catch the bike till your wheels have basically touched down and get comfortable with this, because its weird spotting your landing when your still holding the superman with feet nowhere near the pedals. also dont try and kick your feet off to soon in the rotation.
