I used to think the the MSG '69 version of Midnight Rambler could never be topped. Then, I got a vinyl of what is now called "The Brussels Affair" back in the 80's (the plain white cover said "The Best Stones Live Boot--EVER") and damn! They topped even themselves. This version is The Stones on FIRE. There is no band in this world who can touch them when they play like this. None. Not then. Not now. Not ever. God love 'em.

incredibly powerful performance, still the worlds' greatest rock band! in the 60's they were signing dylan, the stones, beatles, hendrix, the doors, aretha the who and otis redding, now it's justin beiber, lady gaga and the jonas bros. and they wonder why the music industry's sinking faster than the titanic! maybe if they stopped trying to force feed us this drivel sales would start climbing again. try by having singers sing rather than lipsyncing and have live music & not pre-recorded crap!!!
