That is not the the Developers Gun, its just the BETA Tesla cannon, I cannot find a video on youtube of it but the REAL Dev gun is somewhere outside the map limit of the DC ruins. Like between the Ranger compound and NGD, but in the off limit zone.

its just called the Tesla cannon, you obtain it when you get broken steel...you dont have to do this to get this
