Sorry, but there's very few actors and actresses that are constantly good. You see even talented actors tend to act badly if they realize the movie they're in is bad. There's numerous of examples of actors clearly doing a role for the paycheck and intentionally acting as if they really don't care.
Btw, Sandra Bullock is a very average actress and the fact that she even won an Oscar just proves the ACADEMY doesn't know how to spot real talent.She beat Meryl Streep and Helen Mirren.
FYI, Matt Damon(!) was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Supporting Actor. That alone proves the Academy throws a few bones to the dumb tv audience for increased ratings.

She is so awesome. I have never heard one bad thing about her. I know a couple guys that ran into her in Austin while she was shopping and she was nothing but friendly to them. She didn't have a huge entourage around her and wasn't stuck up at all. No wonder she keeps getting work. She is a professional, friendly, class act.

I really enjoyed All About Steve... If you view it and watch the Blindside (which she received an Academy Award for) you really see what a wonderful actor she is. They are 2 totally different characters, but both are very enjoyable to watch, and she made each on their own. The script for All About Steve was rather crappy, but she really did bring the best out of it...

"All About Steve" was a very cute movie. I rented it yesterday and really enjoyed it. Bullock did a great job and I thought her performance was very charming. And the movie made $33,862.903 in the US and $6,242.639 overseas for a grand total of $40,105,542, according to boxoffice.mojo. Many, many movies make MUCH less. Congrats to Sandra on her box office success!

(She gave us all a DVD of the movie, which I still need to watch. It may not be a great movie, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it, because I'm a big Sandra Bullock fan.)

This was great and the Razzies have gotten to be a pretty big event. My question: How hard is it to get someone to professionally film it? You know, with decent audio, and without the shaky camera-work?
@futurefeet - The Razzies were professionally recorded (obviously not by me!). I am just a friend and fan of the Razzies, and my camera was shaky because I just brought my little camera and no tripod. And when Sandra's name was mentioned, many photographers ran to the stage, and I had to work my way around their heads. I did the best I could without a tripod!
@futurefeet - P.S. I had two friends helping, and we put our video footage together. We were all in the same boat...having to deal with other photographers. It was a fun event regardless! :)

great and fantastic singer can make a song better, check out "Ray Charles - Ring of Fire" and there are countless of musical greats who remade/redefined songs. Hendrick's All along the watchtower is another example. Having said that I would agree that no one could have made that film better

yea...this movie was pretty bad. I was really annoyed by the acting. The script was horrible. At least she got an Academy for Blind Side.

@EvelynLyricsHere The Razzies are all in fun, really. It's as real as the Oscars, except it's for the "worst" -- which is all subjective anyway. It's also for people with a good sense of humor, like Sandra. We know she's not the worst actress, but the Razzie members voted for her this year for her performance in "All About Steve," because she said she would show up to the awards show if they voted for her! And they did...and so she showed up! What's not to understand

@chindmon2 - She didn't cry because she knows it's all in fun, and she also has a good sense of humor and is secure enough to poke fun at herself. (She gave us all a DVD of the movie, which I still need to watch. It may not be a great movie, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it, because I'm a big Sandra Bullock fan.)

This was great and the Razzies have gotten to be a pretty big event. My question: How hard is it to get someone to professionally film it? You know, with decent audio, and without the shaky camera-work?

@futurefeet - The Razzies were professionally recorded (obviously not by me!). I am just a friend and fan of the Razzies, and my camera was shaky because I just brought my little camera and no tripod. And when Sandra's name was mentioned, many photographers ran to the stage, and I had to work my way around their heads. I did the best I could without a tripod!

@futurefeet - P.S. I had two friends helping, and we put our video footage together. We were all in the same boat...having to deal with other photographers. It was a fun event regardless! :)

Anyone who has 'really' watched the movie will understand her point...she did the best possible with that handful of manure she was forced to read aloud.
She's not defending; she's excusing...and rightly so!

Actually, she IS defending it! Sandra Bullock should have won the Academy Award for "All About Steve." Unfortunately, "expert" critics never solved this puzzle, and the masses blindly followed. But don't worry thinking people! You still have time to figure it out, unless you want Sandy's promised 2010 Razzie return to play like an episode Punk'd! It sparkles. -full exposition discussable with curious minds!

i like the "Kanye" thingy the guy did when Sandra was announced the worst actress...still about Beyonce but being the worst..hahaha!!!
I got a good feeling Beyonce's gonna get the razzie next year for that movie with Idris Elba (i can't remember the title cause it was so bad!!)

Umm hello... She was being a BAD SPORT!! Unlike Halle, she is saying that she does not truly deserve the worst actress award, and that she would not have won if the people watched the film.

great and fantastic singer can make a song better, check out "Ray Charles - Ring of Fire" and there are countless of musical greats who remade/redefined songs. Hendrick's All along the watchtower is another example. Having said that I would agree that no one could have made that film better

yes she deserves that award as she acted horribly in that movie. she did receive best actress as well where she put on a great performance in a different movie. she has came a long way though
