Oxanard College, the local community college around me has a 7% transfer rate, thats because most of the people that are forced to go there got really bad grades in high school and when they enter junior college they have such a low reading level that they are about 5 years behind were they should be, in highschool people passed classes with the smallest amount of effort and that get exposed in junior college, theres nothing wrong with the college, just the people
