I was right on the barricade (never heard of them/saw them before) and literally the first note they played i got pushed right against the barricade, and my feet werent even on the ground. They had a crazier crowd than gallows and the swellers. Probably equal to if not better to what Four Year Strong got.
No need to bash on a band for being successful but what you have to understand is the bigger a band becomes the more people there are who don't put 100% into the band and/or music scene there is. People get involved with hardcore just because it's what they think is cool at the time and it doesn't mean a thing to them in the long run they're only following a certain trend. In fact that's what this song was written about.

If you could have seen one of their show in Ocala in 2009...there were like 100 kids there getting buck wild. Now they sell out 800 tickets and mother fuckers are jumping up and down. That's some shit and everyone knows it. If you can respect a band after doin something that ADTR did...that's unforgivable.

We have seen bands come through STL numerous times and only 40 kids watch them...then the next time, if they come back at all Theres like 200? And 150 of them have v necks down to their belly buttons? That's what pisses us off. I want bands to make good money doing what they love. But not when it hurts the fans that loved them when they were nothing.
The sub genres' fan bases have different mentalities from the other sub genres. You people obviously have a different mentality from @mttlnrd08 and I. And thats okay. We are from the stand point of "we have been an active part in our cities music scene" we have supported bands by purchasing hundreds of dollars of bands merch, and throwing money in tip jars.

When will these guys ever learn? I can't believe after that last piece of trash they decided to make another video. Whats with the camera? It looks like it was filmed in 1975. Everyone knows there are no outlets in the woods so where did they plug their amps in to play? They've finally been exposed for the lip-syncers we all knew they were. I went to see A Day To Remember and I saw how a real punk band puts on a concert. These guys don't have lights or a keyboard or anything. Give it up posers!
