This looks like a camera phone with a rolling shutter. Deshaker now has a mode which takes account of this, which should produce better results. The Deshaker manual says that mode is tuned on a Sony HD camcorder, so it might not work that well on this, but worth a try.
That *is* with the rolling shutter mode turned on! The ATC2000 camera seems pretty bad when used with a very wobbly mount, which this was. It was fitted on a Brompton which has quite small wheels and can produce quite wobbly footage.

Wow, first I thought that at the end it gets a bit wobbly, but then I watched the shaky version of this video. Deshaker surely does a great job!
