Isn't is pretty sad that during the exit polls in Kentucky that 28% of individuals said that race was a major factor in their decision? These are individuals willing to tell a complete stranger they voted against Obama because he was black. I can only imagine how many people wouldn't have admitted that. I'm so tired of people saying Obama is just full of empty speeches. They haven't even tried to educate themselves. Obama has a 60 page "Blueprint for Change" on his website. He also has a 50+ page Plan for the Economy, and many more details regarding the following issues: Civil Rights, Disabilities, Education, Energy&Environment, Ethics, Family, Fiscal, Foreign Policy, Healthcare, Homeland Security, Immigration, Iraq, Poverty, Rural, Service, Social Security, Technology, Veterans, and Women.

I have NEVER been PROUD of being an American, because I was NEVER treated like one. I love and I pray for Barack Obama and his beautiful family. The whole world is hoping for a brighter day. The old way of doing things never worked, people come to your senses. We all belong to the world community. This country is hated because of the SUPERIOR attitudes and its interferance with other countries internal affairs. We need a statesman with class to represent us on the world stage. Not a shrew.

I agree vterrell, these status quo people on here can't stand to hear it but for some of us American's its hard to find something to be proud about. As a black male, I have to deal with racial profiling, institutionalized racism, white women quickening their pace when they see me, and all other issues just because of the color of my skin. Seeing black, white, asian, and hispanic, rich and poor, rally behind one man, now that makes me proud.

It seems as if change is occuring and Obama's votes are starting look like Hillary's. And now Hillary's votes are beginning to look like Obama's WERE. The election is MUCH different now than it was a few months ago. That's why we will consider Hillary the up and coming winner because, if not, the GOP will put Obama to shame!

zeiters, I never said there was a tide in favor of Obama. I was responding to astro104's comment stating that the tide was turning for Hillary. I also don't support Obama, I will be voting Libertarian in the fall. Be careful when you make assumptions and then deliver insults based upon those assumptions.
