1. You can't gig with that, but it's a practice amp and interestingly, it's pretty loud (especially if you put it through a 4x12 cabin)
2. Yeah, in order to get the best crunch/distorted sound, you need to crank the volume up
3. I haven't tried it with any dist/od pedals I'm sorry
4. No, this isn't Edward so it doesn't sparkle like a gay vampire, but if you're asking for a bright clean tone, yeah, you can get it out of this monster :)
I love this review. For once there's no monster guitarist in a huge music shop doing things on the axe I'd never would be able to do myself, and whatever equipment it would sound great anyway.
This time I can relate to the playing and sound. As mentioned before, it's great to see the difference w/clean and dirty tone just using volume controls. As an SG owner I just got to have one of these.
P90's have a killer sound, so does this amp. I almost want to trade my bugera v5 for this. I have an electroharmonix metal muff so maybe I should just stick with it.
hi isnt 1 watt weak with sound?
or do you crank the volume up???
and also does it reacts perfect with pedals on the clean channel???
does it have sparkling clean???
is it good at bedroom levels or a little weak???
please answer :)

One of the best reviews of the HT1! Glad you showed how to get a clean tone and overdriven tone using the guitar volume.
Were you driving the clean/crunch channel or on the hi-gain channel?
Thanks again.
