Samus's Final Smash has a gravity effect to it, and the stage (WarioWare, Inc.) was just about to change, and caused knockback on the crate, thus sending Lucario to his impending (yet awesome) doom.

I think that the crate moved becauseof the change of minigame, in that stage, every time a minigame goes on, I've seen that for example motion sensor bombs explode, so maybe the ground "attacks" the items, thus causing the crate to move.

Anyways, this was hella fun!
