I know your going to neg this but the 2nd amendment does not protect the right to bear arms. It means in the case that we have a reason that the freedom of our state is jeopardized, then you have the right to own one.

I hate to bust your bubble, but the Supreme Court has ruled that the 2nd amendment is in fact an individual right.
