charges are against my friend who does not live with me and they are from the long past and have nothing to do with hurting or harming my child. My child loves this person. This person has practically given his life for my child. But because he pissed off another Florida state agency DCF is at my door step just because of the association. My child is an AB honor roll student teachers, PCP, case workers, counselors all say child is healthy and happy and is a top achiever at school this is crazy!!

I am in this situation now. They have in home services for me before they take my child. I am compliant willing to what ever all the allegations are past tense and about my friend, then boyfriend. Because I exposed MHRC for putting me and my child out in the streets. Now, I am being punished.

I am fighting CPS at this time. My sons room was too clean. I have 7 acres and choose to keep the kids rooms clean of toys as sleeping rooms. Toys are kept elsewhere on the property including a shared toyroom, garage area, barn area, outside toy storage ect.. This is one of their main concerns in this case. TOO CLEAN? They can make anything out of nothing. It's got to stop.

9 X out of 10, the parent is innocent. CPS doesn't give a fair trial. People should be convicted only if they are guilty. Sure, crucify a guilty one, but give the kids back to the innocent, good parents. You are WRONG!

Maybe at one time. Not only did I have my daughter taken by CPS but My sister has worked for them as a clerk. They are completely corrupt. Behind closed doors they do not even pretend that their jobs help children. Children are cattle to them. It's legal kidnapping and baby selling. The CPS worker only has a paycheck if they can take your children. The workers that are actually concerned with child wellfare are sadly weeded out.

here in North carolina we have the problem of them giving the children back when the unsafe conditions still exist. drugs, violence. on the other token they dont help the parent get things done that they need to do to get their children back. these parents need help and a little hand holding.

we almost need a outside group that can set up a plan to guide these parent back to thier children.

It hasn't had anything to do with "abuse" in a LONG time. It's out of control. HITTING??? Let's see the next time you ground your kids by taking away his PS2, and a CPS worker finds that abusive. U LOOSE! over 80% of workers in my state aren't married and do not have children.they don't understand marriage difficulties or know the first thing about raising a child. Sure a 20yr old worker would see that as mean to take a kids PS2 away. They haven't seen it from their own parents point of view.
