@rkoalldae Not really, its just that when Jurassic Park was written/filmed, there wasn't enough knowledge about dinosaurs to know that they had feathers. Sure, we know now, year after everything has been said and down, though.

Awesome! But the only thing I see about this that is a bit wrong, is that instead of just painting the head arms and legs, you should hace also pulled the fabric onto it. Having a dark shinless body and then having the head arms and legs be shiny makes it look funny. That being said, the body is darker then the limbs and head period so using fabric could very well fix that. This is not a complaint but constructive critisicm. I work with costumes and I am just starting on stilt characters so....

@VBloodFetishV actually, he's right. Ignore Jurassic Park. they were off with the sizes. that size was the scale of Deinonychus. Velociraptor was turkey-sized.

@VBloodFetishV look it up dude. Velociraptor was turkey sized. Deinonychus was the size of the Raptors in JP, Utahraptors are larger still [being about the size of the animatronic raptor in the vid]. You're the one who hasn't been to a museum lately.

I read some and read another part of my study (college), multitasking here, and all that was stuck in my head was that you one of the dinosaurs you named was mixed up with another 'much' smaller dinosaur and kept thinking to myself, what? That's not right.. So that's why I commented. Lol.

Actually it's not. Velociraptor was around the size of a Turkey. Utahraptor was the bigger one.

@beyonceboy100 no, they were 2 meters LONG, and a little under half of that was their tail. Now, their cousin the deinonychus was about chest high on a man and 3m long, but the largest was the utahraptor, and it was about this size, maybe a little smaller but possible a little bit bigger

@xRamenChickenx ya, most people dont realize that at shoulder hight they were only about as tall as a German Shepherd and only like 6 feet long from nose to the tip of the tail, and that is not very long.

@AllAlaskan907 They get mistaken for other creatures that may be taller. IE Talarurus gets called small but actually would be around 6 feet in height.
