That's a pretty good naming system for your troops. I used to give them letter and number rankings based on their scores and what they where good at. Sc was Scout for high TU, H was Heavy Weapons for high strength, Sn was Sniper for good accuracy, G was Guard for high reactions. I would rank them 1 to 4 for ability. Like a score of 60 in TU was a class 2 in Scout. So their name would contain their ranking in each class. John Sc2Sn1H1
