The Slower u do an exercise, the more control u have and the better your muscles works. I agree with nicka52, deadlift and cleaning are pretty much the best overall muscles exercise for football but you are missing one important exercise : Squats
That exercise is not going to build one ounce of muscle of strength. Total waste of time. This is what happens when you let turkey necks who have never lifted any amount of weight into the gyms. They come up with gay shit that doesn't make anyone any stronger.
