  • @my100poundmeltdown Thanks! I weighed myself today and fortunately have only gained 4 point-something lbs, so not too bad. I did some shopping for healthy foods as well. I should do a small haul but some of the items are still in my car... I had too much to carry in :-)

  • It is so easy to cheat and then feel like well I cheated yesterday so I might as well do it again, and then it spirals out of control and before you know it a week will go by with no diet or exercise. The same thing keeps happening to me for two or three days and I feel like complete crap, but once I get back on track I feel so much better. Anyway you look good, keep up the videos.

  • @JuicyApL I know! One cheat becomes two, three, four, etc. I usually find that I can't stop it until I get it out of my system and pretty much become disgusted with myself. I'm nearing that point. The good news is that I've still managed to keep off most of the weight I lost earlier in summer.
