  • I agree though, a lot of poor people especially in the 3rd world arent necessarily poor. Some do it because being poor is a way of life. Why work when you get charitable donations and why have anything if others are gonna take it from you e.g. the "military".

  • So much for a break through in feeding the starving people eh.

  • Screw 'em. All they ever do is send me emails pretending they are Nigerian lawyers wanting to give me $1,000,000.

Anyone who sends me spam can starve for all I care.

  • Don't worry...you'll be starving soon too.

  • Just imagine, in 20 years or so they will have an ATSC color HDTV with 1920x1080 pixel resolution that fits on a credit card with reflective display. It would have a built in antenna and speaker, and a small battery. A larger battery would be in your wallet.

  • 1920x1080 in a wallet?

    Nah Mate :)

  • Actually, Yes mate. Look how far computers (and lot's of other technology) have come in 10 years. 10 Years ago I was playing diablo 1 on a Vacuum tube monitor with a maximum resolution of 640*480, and a CPU running at 25Mhz (yes 25). Now I play Games such as Bioshock and Crysis on a 24 Inch Widescreen LCD monitor with a max resolution of 1920*1200.

In 20 years we'll have sex droids and flying cars! Ok maybe that's pushing it a bit, but I wouldn't rule out a HD display on a credit card just yet.

  • I'm still waiting for my flying car but with recent BS on gas prices I'll be lucky to get a chevy volt.

We will have private space stations and regular space tourist flights in 20 years well actually those might likely happen in the next ten years.

Also ten years ago the typical cpu was 300 to 400mhz not 25 mhz.

  • It'll happen, and you'll still be watching the same shitty tv and playing the same shitty games on it. Yay. :P

  • sux lmao. imagine the reso it can display

  • You have sadly missed the point of what the video is trying to show you. It isn't saying we will be watching movies on credit cards.

But it could show useful information such as how much money I have left available on my card, how much I have spent that day, or scroll through my last 10 purchases.

Not to mention the uses for it in smart cards for security terminals/gates/doors, ect.
