  • Thank you for your kind response! The reason I was interested in the lesson on the B part is that I play bluegrass bass and, while I think I am fairly competent, the truth is I never have quite gotten the extra 1/2 beat in the b part as was hoping to find someone that could help me honestly nail it rather than fudge. :-)

  • @imasaint59 If you are in A, take it from the 3 measures before the whacky part. It would be, A,E, A,E, A,E, (A) E,B, A,E, A,E, E,B, A,E back to the top.

    I know it's hard.

  • I can't seem to find your lesson on Part 2 of clinch mountain backstep. Am I missting something?

  • @imasaint59 I did the lessons but they crashed, and I lost my banjo so I couldn't redo them.

I will hopefully finish them in a couple of weeks.

  • Lessons are coming in a day or two. I was delayed due to moving into a new studio.

    I am recording right now.

  • Dear Mr. Bob Bourassa,

I have a great number of your musics in my Favorites, here in You Tube. Its a great pleasure to hear you. What is the name of your mentioned Guitar? Best regards, Otamar de Carvalho

  • @otamardecarvalho The guitar is a Zimnicki.

  • @robbourassaguitarist

Thank you very much. Otamar de Carvalho

  • I didn't see the precise place for making comments. In this circumstances, I make here: Bob Bourassa is an amazing musician, including with the Banjo. But, I prefer to hear him in his old guitar, in which he plays "Maria Elena". It's marvelous. Otamar de Carvalho, Brasília, Brasil
