He's jogging around Lake Merritt, a dirty lake. I know because l've been living in this city since the late 80's. "Oakland is great". Andre be honest, you know damn well kids get shot and killed almost everyday. Kids as young as 11 carrying guns on the streets and in school.

And not every kid in Oakland carries a gun So Im not sure what your talking about .. you also forgot to mention lake marritt is down the street from Piedmont.. I watch the channel 2 KTVU news every night at 10 so I know what goes down here in East Oakland. It's like every other day someone is getting killed. Even cops are getting killed. Oakland is in the top 10 most dangerous cities in America.
