@Sam020279 these are traditional recipes, not mine. i can not make a change to them there is a saying, ghee sanware salna bari bahoo ka naam. no good Pakistani/Indian cooing is with less oil. you can always make a chance to your likings.
@Sam020279, People in olden days have much more knowledge about these things than us. As I cook I focus and understand why some ingredients were a part of recipes but not others. If you look for the answer s you understand it all so well. It’s a very balanced diet, created very smartly. Adding tomato separates the oil totally. Avoied while eating, a person consume just a table spoon :) Why we bhoon ? Some ginger is must greens added at the end.
