@mamaneww No-- And yes. There's nothing official in the system about Secret IDs, but you earn extra costume slots as you level, and I always used one of my slots to make a version in street clothes. You can't change your character's height or musculature, so it'd be hard to do a Bruce Banner/Hulk, but you can have one "costume' with wings and a tail and all kinds of stuff and others without, so you can have different "forms", too.

@kaneko03 its fly duh... lols, you have to select from transportation powers, like teleportation and such, but first you must hover, or super-jump before you can choose to fly. it is the most convienient one to have as far as personal transportation, but teleportation (self, friend, then group) does come in handy in gameplay

I did it for a laugh, when you reach a certain level you have the option to go to a tailor and change in to a different costume, even store them multiple costumes individually.

The game is worth it, very fun, very addictive. missions and task-force's can be fun, creating your own superhero is pretty cool, can morph some weird shapes!

Dont let the walls put you off, you dont really notice them unless you go around looking for them.. > fly straight and keep going..

i meant while creating the character, i didnt chose the powers to make a superman character, i chose the powers i wanted in a super hero. Later on i made a look-a-like costume of superman and made this video. the video was intended to be a superman hense why i called in 'superman returns in city of heroes' but as a character base, no it wasnt =-), hope you liked it!

well, this video doesn't really do the graphics justice, it depends on what your PC can handle also. But yeah, they could improve the graphics.

I have a high-end computer, i can max out all the settings and be smooth as a baby arse.. the graphics in this game aren't amazing.

This video was created before they decided to add minor graphic advantages to the game, none the less, it hasn't changed much and can still max out no problem.

Imagine if they upgraded the graphics to something like GTA iV? that would be awesome,. but obviously in a way it didnt crash your fk'in computer every 5 minutes!

Let's set the record straight.

1. High level heroes will have as many as four or five costumes to switch between and customize. Most people will have spare ones they can use to play with like this guy did (presumably) and achieve an "extreme makeover" to switch to for the hell of it.

2. The powers typically associated with a Superman-type hero aren't seen in use here; superspeed and flight are powers any "class" can easily acquire.

In other words, he's gotten to the max level, but as a differently-than-KalEl powered super.

If that makes him Superman anyway, then all players who've made tribute costumes for the hellubit are unoriginal n00bs as well.

The original costume was far different, black trousers, black tank top, and black spikey hair,.. not superman,. also the powers i chose were what i thought was cool at the time, like hell am i going to base a lvl 1 character on superman then build him to max level, just to get him deleted for copyright, seriously guys lol..
