the first verson was capable of performing the hot coffee mod, if u dont know bout it google it. once the beurocrats found out bout it rockstar had to make a second one that couldnt be modded. its exactly the same as the first.

Mods are so complicated to download i never ever downloading mod again because i was so far in my game once then i deleted something and i had to reinstall and my whole game is gone
