I'm steering by his mouth- like you would in english only im using split reins ted just responds better to that In like super western riding you neck rein- which is where the reins push on the neck and steer them that way... like if the rein pushes against their left side they go right cause that's where you're pushing them... do you get it?
yea, i ride western. my quarterpony, Jazz, is very responsive.
