@caneytaneywaney5 - caney, I work in a very large hospital in the southeast. I've seen four women over the age of 55 (clearly Diane Keaton is younger in this film) have healthy children. Not saying I'd do it, but it is extremely possible.

There's a scene in this movie where Steve Martin's getting his hair darker and for some reason a jazz version of "When the saints go marching in" is playing. I can't think of anything about that song that has anything to do with someone getting his hair darker. Did the directer Chuck Shyer love the song so much that he wanted to use it in the movie but he couldn't find a place for it so he chose a random place? That's the best thing I can fathom of why it's in that scene

I just seen it on tv. They played Father of the Bride Part I last week, and today they played Part II. The movie is nostalgic, not because I'd seen it before, but because of the design of many things especially of the design of the house, it reminds me of old times.

i understand when people say that some trailers give away pretty much the entire movie. but most people can already expect that since the first movie was when she got married, the title ending with "part 2" is a clue that the daughter is having a baby.

HI! I agree with FilmJunkie 24 i also hate it when a stoopid trailer gives out most of the movie. It's these movies i'm glad to have seen the trailer after seeing the movie :D btw i throughly enjoyed it, i think it was better than the first one. I also agree with TheDunHorse that it was SUPERB acting, that's what show business is all about! I'd prefer a simple plot with great performance than the other way round eh!
