When we talk to her we try very hard to remember to talk to her in 1st person. Instead of saying "you're" a pretty bird, we say "I'm" a pretty bird. We also do "role playing" with her so she learns how to answer. That's not working very well, lol.
However, she does tattle on herself most of the time by saying "bad bird" when she's doing something she's not supposed to do! It gives me the "heads up" if I'm in a different room, lol.
