continued: in my opinion, thou case will come down to intent to ram vessel which if i remember rightly was kinda of the ady gil, still putting urself if the path of another ship and preventing it from going behind u is stupid in anyones book, esp considering that a ship the size of that hasnt got the best of turning or braking distances and ady gil aint giving the other capt much time to react, imo a stupid and aviodable collision esp given the location and sea conditions.

Fuck the Japanese. Sacks of shit think they can do whatever they please. I follow the whale wars season, and although sometimes i dissagree with their actions, i support their cause 100%. The japanese truley have no right poaching there. There is no way you can justify 900 whales a year for research. They say they're studying breading habits and whale anantomy..So you need 900 whales for that? There is no fucking argument for that shit, its bogus. They need to come out and tell the truth!

Anyone who says the Ady Gil was at fault for this collision are either visually impaired or just down right stupid! You can see the Japanese ship turning into the Ady Gil. And that was real classy of them to hit the Sea Shepard crew with the water cannons straight after the collision. No matter who's fault. What were they thinking, i wonder. Hmmm, don't think we got them that time, better hose them just in case they were holding onto the boat to save their lives! Right. Like i said real classy.

This is the 8th article. There are some person saying "it is doubtful", "poaching", who make noise without knowing at all.
