500 char isn't much, so here are the highlights:

-just rewatched ep 50, only thing that's clear is they (somehow) saved the world; where did you get the rest of that?

-liked Eureka 7 a lot, but the writers didn't pace the ending very well (i.e. the ending was RUSHED; ep 50 nearly went supersonic)

-Dewey's true intentions? Unclear, even after they "explained" his "plot". IMO, the writers BS'd it in order to boost his cunning stat.

@Desynchd you understood about as much as i did. they rushed it to much and alot of the meaning went right over my head, so i watched it once more. what i understand is that... wait hold on ***SPIOLERSSPOILERSSPOIOLERSPO­ILERS FUCKING SPOIOLERS*** ...is that eureka had to become control cluster so that world/ universe wouldnt go kablewy, but she didnt want to go without seeing renton one more time, so she cried out for him through the compaqs(the blue flashing light)... one more post hold on.

***SSPOILERSSS DONT READ>.< SPOILERS HERE IDIOT*** anyway, so she called out to them with the compaqs, so reanton took nirvash and boosted that baby, when it evolved for the... second time, killed a FUCKTON of antibodies, and flew full speed to the pre-phase of the control cluster eureka was becoming. the nirvash decided he'd crack that shit in half and set them both free.... and there im lost. if the were free'd and eureka wasnt the control thingy, what happened to them? did they fall and die?

@14megasxlr *It's no accident this post was involved in the SPOILERS* First time I watched the end, I was like, "So, you saved her from being lost to the control cluster thingy. DOESN'T THAT MEAN THE PLANET DIES OR SOMETHING???" Rewatching ep 50, I realized that they had a safety net for that plothole: "Oh, we [Nirvash + Coralians] will just go to another place until humans and Coralians can coexist." O RLY? How convenient...

look everyone who didn't like the ending, the ending was great. they saved the world, the coralians and humans learned to accept eachother, eureka and renton were re-united and sent to their home planet which was earth all along, are going to see their kids, become a registerd family and are married, holland and talho met up and fell inlove again, the mystery of the LFOs was solved WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT?

Man I get so nostalgic listening to these openings, I miss watching this on TV at night when I was younger, sad thing is I never got to watch every episode... So I'm going to watch it all from the beginning .

It's a shame that this anime needed about 10 minutes added on to the ending to make this my favorite anime, but I'm aggravated with the cop-out ending they decided to use.

I adored this anime, It's my goal to cosplay almost every female character from this show, at least once. :p but first i must trim the belly fat *munching on carrots while listening to beautiful music.*

My family doesnt understand how i can listen to music that "i can't understand", but what they don't really get is that you don't necessarily need to know all the words to a song to get moved by it. music was meant to speak to the heart, not to the mind.
