  • you looks relaxed xD ...

  • what to none of these videos have sound?

  • I think this is one of my favorite katas, if not my favorite...i liked your flying sidekick...very nice work. what rank are you now? also being a little more relaxed lets you snap out your moves like the spear, ridgehand, ect. but very good =] i like

  • @TheEpicBingHater This was like a year and a half ago I'm a 1st dan now it took me forever to get but im glad I got it.

  • Nice job.

  • Oh yeah I forgot, I also do tense moves, it helps add to the intensity. For my rechambers I sometimes tense the muscles up and "hit" myself to make sound effects. Kind of like Kung Fu.

  • Nice form. My instructors taught me to make sure the stances are real good stances, and snap the moves as soon as we land the stance. Again, nice form.

  • A little tense on those moves but not bad, where and with what class do you train with?

  • Chung moo is a hard handed style kata its not ment to be done slow and graceful like many kung fu kata's its ment to be fast and snappy at least at my school it is i'm an assistant instructor at the Universal Taekwondo Academy in Bethel Ohio to answer you question. I am not saying this video doesn't have flaws I can point out probably twenty but the tension in wich I express my motions is how I was tought to do it.

  • @weakfrontkick what he means by tense is in between moves. When you relax before the next move it allows you to explode into the next. I have done this form at many tournaments.
