true, but my discussion with harry was about the $787 billion in stimulus $ of which the bulk is to hit over the next 2 yrs. im aware of all the trillions in the entire bailout catastrophe but the stimulus $ goes to programs that will provide a temporary recovery which leads to a window of opportunity to prepare for the upcoming train wreck-believe me, i am aware of the bubble economies, past and present, the feds have created that will lead to our future collapse

harry-only about $40 billion of the $780 billion in stimulus money has been released so far-half of the remaining stimulus will be released next year and the rest in 2011- won't this have a huge positive impact on the economy before inflation hits hard in the following years-i realize the end result will be negative but until then, won't there be a period of false recovery, that if played right can be a money making period of preparation for the future collapse-a video about this would be great!

@keith- -Stimulus money will have a positive effect IF it gets spent in a manner that spurs economy activity.

Unfortunately, when theres money to dish outpoliticians will use it to personally benefit them and their constitutes..rather than the greater good. So the jury is still out on the stimulus.

But one thing we do know isthe creation of new bubbles are the not the solutions to old bubbles.

harry-you are correct about ALL bubble solutions popping and it is true an amount of stimulus $ will go to greed pocket lining but there is so much going into the system that some of it will trickle down to us peasants and hopefully for programs that actually stimulate-all of us need to make money and prepare for the worst because it looks like it is inevitable

to keitheeds: In Ocotober of last year the Federal Reserve Bank printed 2 TRILLION Dollars and gave it to unknown banks. Sense March of 2008 More then 23.7 Trillion dollars has been already printed. Look it up all google and here on youtube.

It's dangerous to blindly think that everything China does is positive and everything the US does is self-destructive. It can't be that simple. I'm not sure, but selling dollars and loading-up on commodities may not be the best play. Possibly. A deflationary collapse and demand for dollars to pay debts and receive for asset sales could see the dollar rise greatly. The US authorities can't be that stupid as to wantonly destroy the dollar. It's their greatest weapon.

@walentree- Ah HA! That is something I've been thinking of a LOT lately. FYI, if you watch my older video's I talk a great deal about the strong possibility that we will be enter a DEFLATIONARY recession. something not talked about much until recently.

but regarding the STRONG DOLLAR scenario...this is just so outlandish to many..that it just might come true.

Admittedly I'm a deflationist, although I love the idea of gold/silver coins being real currency that the government can't fuck with ! The US authorities have something up their sleeve we don't know about, I'm almost sure. The idea of investing in the dollar makes my stomach churn, it seems so fragile, but the deflation arguments and historical status of the almighty greenback tell me otherwise. It's a mysterious dilemma. Double-think time !

Chinese are careful in what they buy. metals have value no matter what the dollar value is as the dollar is NOT a standard of value , but GOLD is. People are so fooled and think the dollar is worth more or as much as gold are misinformed. One holds value truh the centuries , the fiat currence last less than a hundred years. @mathews- i was too..and made some good money. but, now you have to be very careful. As you prob know..and noticed..when people/countries are scared..they flock to the US dollar.

unless there is more negative news about the dollar...this will continue to be the trend. So, you can stick w/ this..but depending on your risk and loss tolerance...be careful.
