Go to the art store and buy some large oil painting brushes made with white bristles. Do not buy brown sable watercolor brushes--they are too soft and ineffective. Cheapie stiff plastic bristle brushes, like the ones in kids' watercolor sets, are no good, either. Spend a few dollars on white bristle oil painting brushes...*white bristle rounds*, if they have them. Very tickly and very precise.

Japanese ink brushes also tickle well, if you don't break down their points.

I know the expert suggests that one of the things to use to tickle female feet would be a feather but that doesn't really tickle. I mean it produces a light sensation but with it being so light, the tickle victim can hardly feel it. Now at the Foot Parties that I attend, I bring baby oil; and electric toothbrush and a pipe cleaner. They work ticklish wonders!

I found that the most ticklish spots are 1)feet 2)thighs 3) ribs, 4) armpits 5) neck. My test subjects where my two sisters, my brother, and my two classmates. Girls tend to not be very ticklish in the stomach, but boys do.

fingers 2 bare sole is the best way 2 tickle. socks and stockings r boring and theres no need 4 tools like brushes and stuff. i notice that when ppl dont get a reaction they try 2 press and tickle harder u gotta b careful with that b/c most of the time it just ends up hurting.

I am Notorious, the tickle master, a barefoot serial tickler. I agree that the bottom of the foot is the most ticklish area of the human anatomy. I don't bother with silly feathers and dusters. I go straight for the kill and use fingers. A heavy tickle is far superior to a light tickle. Sometimes the laughter is accompanied by watering eyes, hiccups and snorting. In extreme ticklishness, urination may occur. People who hate to be tickled are the ones who laugh the loudest and hardest. Go figure.

Actually, pens, electric toothbrushes, and string work REALLY good.What you do is you take whatever side is weaker (is they're right-handed, grab their right foot) and take a pen of something of the sort. Arch their foot and then trace the lines that you see. And if the have hiccups, tell them to hold their breath and try not to laugh when you do it. It stops the hiccups;)
