It sounds like your sneeze would be much more powerful and loud if you just let it out completely, but it sounds like you tried to surpress the sneeze. At least the 2nd part of the sneeze. You shouldn't try to hold in your sneeze because it's bad for your ears and your sinuses. It's best to just let it come out full force.
