Remember all the uproar when BBC wanted to close 6Music? In the same proposals, BBC Switch was slated to be closed also. However, whilst 6Music eventually got saved, BBC Switch and BBC Blast weren't as lucky and were shut down in December 2010 sadly. Apparently BBC want to let Channel 4 serve the teen market but would T4 ever make something as great as the 5:19 show?! i don't think so!
