PS2 version damage sucks. Just some cracked glass and steam from the motor when you total your car. I have the PS2 version. XBOX-360 has the best damage of any of the versions IMO.

yeah on a PS2..I tried my hardist to make them come off..I use that one track (forgot the name but it looked like a nascar ring) and hit a dark grey skyline head on..I just got totaled..thats all I get scratches and cracked glass but no cool damage :( lol and sometimes I can flip and then land on my wheels with only major damage..this also happens with those dirt hills along side of the track
